Meredith received her BFA in 1977 from Parson's School of Design and has had solo exhibitions in New York, and in Telluride and Ridgway Colorado. She has consistently exhibited in juried and invitational shows for many years. She has several years of teaching experience, has published in American Artist Magazine, and is the owner of the Ridgway Gallery, in Ridgway, CO.

The GO date is the date when, if the minimum number of students has registered, we know the class will be held. If the minimum number of students has not registered by the GO date, the class will be canceled. So be sure and register early to help ensure your class will be held.

Explore the world of watercolor with an eye to color. Basic to more advanced techniques will be covered emphasizing color theory and practice. We will get acquainted with a few well chosen artists' palettes and learn from their expression of the landscape.

Pay in full before the GO date and receive a 10% discount on the price of the class.

$ 73 non-members WCA - $66 if paid in full before GO date
$ 66 members - $60 if paid in full before GO date

We must receive your registration and a 50% deposit by the GO date in order to know if the class will make.

Supply list to be provided by students:

1. Set of six Winsor & Newton Cotman watercolors in tubes, or tubes ot the following colors:
        Ultramarine Blue
        Cadmium Red
        Cadmium Yellow
        Violet
        Viridian Green
         Raw Umber
         Burnt Sienna
         Black
         Magenta

2. Plastic palette

3. #6 round brush and a 1" flat brush

4. Pencil, eraser, masking tape, water container, roll of toilet paper

5. Arches Coldpress 140# watercolor paper. Paper will be available for purchase at the class.
