Cancellation Policy: When we accept your deposit or payment of workshop fees, we understand that circumstances can arise causing cancellation of your plans to attend that workshop. While we sympathize when such a situation occurs, we must adhere to a business policy. If cancellation is received prior to the close of business on the "go" date, we will refund your payment, less a processing fee of $10. If you cancel after that date, you will receive no refund unless your space is filled with another paying student. If, for any reason, the Arts Center cancels a workshop, you will be notified soon after the "go" date and will receive a full refund.
