About the Instructor:

Tracy Imhoff, owner of The Painting Marmot, grew up in an artist home. Taught by her father how to draw and paint alongside her siblings, she started college as an art major, switching to nursing. She always loved art and continued to draw, paint, work in stained glass, and mural painting. She also has volunteered working with children since l974. Now she has combined these two loves and is painting and teaching children how to discover the artist within. She has worked to make the Painting Marmot a fun place to hang out for both young and old.

GO Date	The Day Before Each Class The "go" date is the date at which WCA determines whether there are enough students or not to run the class. If this is a class you are interested in, please be sure to enroll before the "Go" date (and encourage your friends to do so as well) so that we can be sure to run the class! We will notify you at the end of the business day on the "GO" date if the class is to be cancelled so that you can make other plans for that date, but ideally, we'll see you at the class!

Course Description	Tracy Imhoff will lead your child each week in a designated project . . . . Following her goals of promoting after-school arts programs to help the community, Tracy has identified specific cirriculums and projects where students will learn art skills to take with them and build upon in life. Check here for regular updates on the class schedule offered from October 2009 through May 2010! January - Ice & Snow Month January 4th, 6th & 9th: Beginning of White Month! Start off with drawing a white baby seal on white paper! What?! How do you do that?!?!? ---- You'll just have to come to class to find out! February - Valentine Projects & More! March - Mardi Gras & More! April - Encaustic Painting & More!

Prices	Cost Each Week: $13 Weehawken Member $15 Non-Weehawken Member 6-Class Punch Pass Rate: $12 per class for Members ($72) / or $13/Class Non-Member ($78)

Notes	Most supplies are included in the cost of each class. On occasion, we may offer a class where we will require an additional supply fee. We will let you know of that scenario in advance though.
