Natasha Pyeatte is a native of Los Angeles, CA., where she began dancing at the age of 4. She has extensively trained in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, modern, hip-hop, and ballroom and has been teaching and choreographing for six years. Natasha has danced with the colorado Ballet School in Denver, Gotta Dance in Los Angeles, Mesa State College under tap legend Tony Coppola, "Feet First" dance ensemble on tour internationally. She has acted as Artistic Director and choreographed many shows on the Western Slope, including "A Midsummer Night's Dream", and "Jesus Christ Superstar". Some of her recent credits include Katalyn Hunyak in "Chicago" with the Telluride Rep and Spanish Chocolate in "The Nutcracker" with the Telluride Dance Academy. Natasha is excited to be teaching in Ouray. Alyssa Preston was a Theatre Arts major in college. Her credits include Mrs. Norman in Children of a Lesser God, Lucy in Sweeny Todd, Catherine Petkoff in Arms of the Man, the third witch in Macbeth, Soledad Ramirez in Women Without Men, Woman in Laughin Wild, Shen Te/Shui Ta in The Good Person of Setzuan, and Ado Annie in Oklahoma! In addition to main stage theatre, Alyssa has done studio theatre, black box theatre, musical theatre, and was a member of the Elenco Experimental Theatre Troupe. | Course Description |
Two age groups of kids will be taught: Ages
5-8 Ages
9-14 Students will learn jazz, hip hop, and ballet movement for half the day while learning the fundamentals of acting the other half. Supervised lunch will be from noon to 1 PM each day. The
camp will end with two performances held at the Wright Opera House on July 2 &
3, and will have a patriotic theme. | ||
| GO Date | June 9, 2008 The GO date is the date when, if the minimum number of students has registered, we know the class will be held. If the minimum number of students has not registered by the GO date, the class will be canceled. So be sure and register early to help ensure your class will be held. | ||

Pay in full before the GO date and receive a 10% discount on the price of the class. $
250 non-members WCA - $ 225 if paid in full before GO date We must receive your registration and a 50% deposit by the GO date in order to know if the class will make. | ||
