Water Element Herbal Class with Sheila Manzagol
March 16, 9:00 am-5:00 pm at Sheila's Herb Workshop
Fun fact: The human body averages 60% water and the brain 75% water. Water is life.
The Water Element is associated with the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is known in Western Medicine for regulating water metabolism and eliminating waste.
Come and learn about the foods and herbs that support wellness for these vital organs and the TCM attributes of the Water Element in the playful and loving environment of Sheila’s Workshop. Students will have a choice to make a formula to take home that will strengthen kidney and bladder function or they can make a formula to prevent urinary tract infections. Additionally, beautiful hair is associated with healthy kidney function so we will also be making an organic hair product to take home and use.
