Ashley King has been working in the non-profit field for over twenty years, specializing in arts non-profit management.  She has served as the Executive Director of Weehawken Creative Arts since 2008 and started in 2014 as the Executive Director of the Ridgway Chautauqua Society/Sherbino Theatre. In her current role, she also leads the Alpenglow Arts Alliance, an alliance of nine regional arts organizations with the aim of co-promotion of the arts and collaborative planning.

Trisha Oakland - Programs Director (Half-Time/Shared)

Trisha was born and raised in Ridgway, CO and has always been something of a social butterfly. She took her outgoing nature and channeled it into her studies of communications with a focus in marketing at University of Colorado in Boulder, and then moved into the world of event management in southern California. After almost a decade of special event management, which spanned everything from holiday parties to bar mitzvahs to a private Jackson Browne concert, she shifted focus to coordinating logistics and marketing for large scale cycling events nationwide, where she worked with Ride The Rockies, Bike Virginia, Gran Fondo Hincapie and more.

Ridgway Rendezvous Coordinator (Seasonal)

Kentee has been with Weehawken Creative Arts for the last 7 years as the Ridgway Rendezvous Art and Craft Festival Director, Fine Arts Instructor, Weehawken Dance Stage Manager, Set Designer, Backdrop Artist and Sneffles Fiber Art Festival Director. She has a degree from University of Northern Colorado in Recreation Administration with a double minor of Fine Arts and Performing Arts. Kentee is a fine artist specializing in large scale oil paintings, giclees and jewelry from her work. Kentee serves on the Ouray School Board District R-1 as President. We offer unlimited monthly classes, with tuition due the 1st of the month. Mondays in Ouray, 5pm all ages and the same schedule on Thursdays in Ridgway, students may attend either or both! You may purchase a monthly pass or a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month at a discount. Payment is DUE on the 1st of the month without exception. Drop-in available at $20 per class, due AT THE TIME of class.
