DESCRIPTION:This holiday season\, Weehawken Dance puts its own unexpected spin on a beloved classic with The Nutcracker\, Remixed — a vibrant\, imaginative production that brings together ballet\, jazz\, hip-hop\, aerial arts and more for a fresh take on Tchaikovsky’s timeless holiday favorite. \n\n\n\nThe familiar magic of The Nutcracker is still here — the wonder\, the adventure\, the larger-than-life characters and the feeling that anything might happen when the clock strikes late at night — but this is definitely not your grandmother’s Nutcracker. Weehawken’s version turns up the energy\, mixes genres and gives dancers and aerialists of all ages the opportunity to help tell the story in surprising and creative ways. \n\n\n\nFeaturing Weehawken’s youth dancers and aerialists\, ages 3–18\, The Nutcracker\, Remixed is the culmination of the fall semester and one of the biggest productions of the year. From our youngest performers taking some of their very first steps on a major stage to advanced dancers and aerialists taking on featured roles\, hundreds of students come together to create one enormous community production. \n\n\n\nThe result is a holiday show that feels both familiar and completely new — filled with beautiful dancing\, big ensemble numbers\, unexpected music and movement\, aerial artistry\, colorful characters and plenty of theatrical magic. \n\n\n\nWhether The Nutcracker is an annual tradition for your family or you’ve never seen it before\, The Nutcracker\, Remixed offers a joyful\, high-energy way to celebrate the season together. \n\n\n\nDecember 9–13\, 2026Montrose PavilionWednesday–Saturday at 6 PMSaturday & Sunday at 1 PM

SUMMARY:Ridgway Fête de la Musique
DESCRIPTION:Ridgway Fête de la Musique 2027 \n\n\n\nSunday\, June 27\, 2027 | 4:00 pm – DarkThroughout Ridgway\, Colorado on Clinton and Cora Street + Hartwell ParkFREE COMMUNITY EVENT \n\n\n\nMusic takes over Ridgway for an evening when Ridgway Fête de la Musique returns on Sunday\, June 27! \n\n\n\nFrom 4:00 pm until dark\, musicians will pop up throughout town\, transforming Ridgway into one big\, walkable music celebration. Wander from place to place\, discover performers along the way\, grab something to eat or drink\, and enjoy an early-summer evening filled with live music and community. \n\n\n\nThe spirit of Fête is simple: bring people together through music. Rather than gathering everyone around a single stage\, performances happen in multiple locations throughout Ridgway\, giving you the chance to explore downtown\, hear a variety of musicians and create your own path through the evening. \n\n\n\nWhether you stay for the whole event or stop by for a song or two\, admission is free and everyone is welcome. \n\n\n\nFood + Drinks\n\n\n\nCome hungry! Food trucks and local restaurants will be serving throughout the event\, with beverage tents onsite as well. \n\n\n\nNo outside alcohol\, please!Fête de la Musique is a licensed event\, and onsite beverage sales help us keep the music happening and the event free for the community. Bringing in outside alcohol creates licensing headaches for the people working hard to make the event happen. So please be cool: buy your beverages onsite from the Fete tents\, support the event\, and help us keep Fête going strong. \n\n\n\nEvent Details\n\n\n\nDate: Sunday\, June 27\, 2027Time: 4:00 pm – DarkLocation: Throughout Ridgway\, ColoradoAdmission: FREEMore Information: ridgwayfete.com \n\n\n\nRidgway Fête de la Musique is presented by Weehawken Creative Arts\, The Sherbino and Citizens State Bank. \n\n\n\nSave the date\, gather your friends\, and come spend a summer evening exploring Ridgway through music.
