Join us for Karate with Sensei Burkhard Feierabend. This is a great way to learn skills to keep you safe, stay in shape and strong core movements. Karate believes in using it only to protect self and is taught accordingly. There is no competitive approach to this program and students can attend on a monthly basis. Younger students (under 14) may participate for one hour while others may participate in the full one and half hours depending on energy and interest.

Whether you are new to Karate or a seasoned student, the Sensei will work with your level. Taught in the kyokushin kai-kan style, similar shotokan style of karate, we welcome new students to try this exceptional experience for your mind and body! Sensei has over 42 years in karate, rank of Go-Dan.
