This class is designed for adults of all levels looking to build strength, flexibility, and confidence on aerial fabric. Students will explore movement focusing on clean technique, fluid transitions, and creative sequencing. The class will incorporate foundational skills for beginners while offering progressions for more experienced students, ensuring a supportive and adaptable environment for all. Whether you’re new to aerial arts or looking to refine your technique, this class provides a well-rounded approach to movement in the air, with a focus on proper form, body awareness, and artistic expression. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn, move, and have fun!.
Please note, Aerial Silks enrollment comes with a NO REFUND and NO MAKE UP class requirement due to the equipment required. Once a student is enrolled they are responsible for the full tuition for that session, regardless of any other circumstances.
