A three week workshop culminating with performances of an original adaptation of the 400 AD era folktale in which, to save her ailing father from serving in the Imperial Army, a fearless young woman disguises herself as a man to battle northern invaders in China.

Students and teaching artists create a fully produced performance on June 26 & 27 that will entertain audiences of all ages. This musical theatre workshop includes performance and stage training from Kathleen O'Mara as well as voice training with Katy Kristoffersen.
