Mondays Tween Art Club for ages 11-14, 3:30pm-5:00pm:
Explore color and geometric forms while designing and weaving your own unique wall hanging! Learn how to wrap a basic frame loom and experiment with various weaving techniques such as plain weaves, tabby weave, basket weave, rya knots and more. You will take home a unique piece of tapestry art and gain confidence in weaving so you can continue to use your newly acquired skill on your own.
* This class is a drop-off class. Should your child have any special needs please contact claudia@weehawkenarts.org before class to ensure that your child will have a fun time.
