The Fall dance session runs for 12-weeks beginning in September and ending with a performance in early December. We rotate performances between the traditional Nutcracker and a jazzy version of the Polar Express, both of which offer a chance to highlight the dancers abilities and offers opportunity for creative fun!

The 32nd Annual two-day festival comes to Ridgway’s beautiful Hartwell Park every summer on the second weekend of August, showcasing fine arts and original crafts from up to 140 talented vendors from across the country. Art demos, free craft activities, great food and libations and family-friendly live entertainment round out the offerings, making this one of the Western Slope’s most highly anticipated art shows of the season.
Alice In Wonderland with Kathleen O'Mara for Children's Theatre. Students explore the wonder of literary work through the arts as they rehearse and perform an original adaptation of Alice in Wonderland. Using the original text from Carroll’s most famous work, students design their performance based on their favorite characters taken from the literary classic. This adaptation will be customize for the participating students and will have the opportunity to enhance the story telling by including song and dance to the performance. Through a workshop process, students will have curriculum in improvisation, stage presence, character development and voice.
Ages: 3rd grade (8 years and up), Location: Ridgway Sherbino, Semester: Fall 2016, Days: Monday thru Thursday, Begins: October 17th Times: 4pm to 6pm Performance: November 18th and 19th at Sherbino. Cost: $250 with an additional $25 show fee (less than $7 an hour).
Come create an innovated book structurs that use the most wondrous of humble materials. Weehawken Creative Arts is proud to present an adult only bookmaking workshop with Alicia Bailey. A special class for artists, craftsmen, book lovers, scrapbookers and journal writers. Create a collection of sample books to be used as reference and inspiration for future projects.
