Cancellation & Refund Policy
Many of our classes require a minimum number of registrations in advance to run. Registering early helps ensure your class takes place as scheduled—thank you for your support!
Policies vary based on the timing of your cancellation and the type of class.
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the class date:
A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Cancellations 7–14 days prior to the class date:
A 50% cancellation fee will apply unless the spot is filled by another student. If filled, a full refund will be issued as account credit, minus a 10% or $10 administrative fee.
Any cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the class will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total class fees or $10, whichever is greater.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start date:
No refund will be issued unless another student fills the spot. If filled, a refund will be issued as account credit, minus the 10% or $10 administrative fee.
Visiting Instructor Workshops:
- More than 60 days prior: 90% refundable
- 46–60 days prior: 50% refundable
- 45 days or less: non-refundable
