Weehawken Presents Alice in Wonderland
Performances will be held at the Montrose Pavilion on Friday, May 10th, at 6 pm (doors @ 5:30pm), on Saturday, May 11th at 1 pm (doors @ 12:30pm) and at 6 pm (doors @5:30) and on Sunday, May 12th at 1 pm (doors @ 12:30pm).
Join us in a world where clocks run backwards, cats grin madly, and rabbits are always running late! We invite you to tumble down the rabbit hole with us into the whimsical wonderland of dance inspired by Lewis Carroll's timeless classic, "Alice in Wonderland"!
Prepare to be enchanted as we journey through a kaleidoscope of colors, characters, and curious adventures. From the graceful waltz of Alice herself to the mischievous antics of the Cheshire Cat, every step, every leap, every twirl will transport you deeper into this magical realm where the ordinary becomes extraordinary, and the impossible becomes possible! So, fasten your seatbelts, tighten your shoelaces, and get ready to lose yourself in a whirlwind of fantasy and fun as we present to you our very own dance interpretation of "Alice in Wonderland"!
Whether you know a student in the Weehawken Dance program or not, Weehawken assures you of an enjoyable audience experience. Pyeatte’s shows are built like a real ballet, so the experience is appropriate for any audience.
